Warranty Policy

Every Restolex Spring, Rubberised Coir or Foam mattress is of the highest quality and built for comfort. The Restolex mattress is a product of years of intensive R&D in sleep systems and manufactured with utmost attention to quality, comfort and durability. All mattresses are designed and built to give you comfortable and healthy sleep, night after night.

Mattress Care Tips

Rotate mattress head to foot once in 3 months to ensure even wear.
Never fold, bend or roll the mattress at any time or for any reason.
Keep the mattress away from moisture and dampness.
Keep the mattress away from re/ame. Do not smoke in bed.
Do not stand or jump on the mattress. The mattress is not built for any kind of impact.
Do not use dry cleaning uids or any such chemicals to clean any mattress, these chemicals
could destroy some of the raw materials used for the construction.
Do not use the mattress on a wrong/undersized cot or an uneven surface or bed slats or bed
with reapers.
Do not use the mattress for ironing.

All mattresses are under warranty as per warranty chart against any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. For claiming the warranty, the complaint should be registered in restolex.com web site. During the rst year, the mattress will be replaced free if there are any of the manufacturing defects as indicated in the following list:.

Warranty will be applicable only in the case of product failure.
Product failure is limited to sagging of the core of coir mattress or manufacturing defects of Spring Panel
Reduction of thickness of greater than 1.5 inches will be considered as sagging.
Warranty will not be applicable on wear and tear of fabric or stitching arising from regular use
Product will be replaced by the same or identical product of same price range.

After one year of the purchase of the product, pro-rated warranty will be applicable. The validity of the warranty period for each model will be as per the warranty chart. If warranty period is over for a particular mattress model, no further warranty claim will be applicable.

Warranty will be applicable for one time repair/ replacement of core material of mattress. For repair/ replacement of mattress core material, the company will charge as per applicable warranty period model wise as mentioned in the warranty chart and applicable charges as
indicated below:

In the second year: 20% of the MRP prevailing at the time of complaint.
In the Third year: 25% of the MRP prevailing at the time of complaint.
In the Fourth year: 30% of the MRP prevailing at the time of complaint.
In the Fifth year: 35% of the MRP prevailing at the time of complaint.
From Sixth to Tenth Year : 50% of the MRP prevailing at the time of complaint.
From Eleventh to Fifteenth Year : 75% of the MRP prevailing at the time of complaint.

If any other component needs to be changed/repaired, the same will be charged at the actual prevailing cost effective from second year. To and fro transportation cost to the nearest company Warehouse / Dealer / Distributor outlet should be borne by the customer.

The warranty does not cover:

Components like cloth, quilted panel, additional cushioning materials etc.
Improper handling and storage of the mattress. Any stitches opening out in the mattress
should be reported within 7 days from date of purchase beyond which it doesn’t come
under warranty. Wear and tear of fabric or stitching arising from regular usage. Mattresses
which are repaired / altered by customer or dealer.
Damage due to misuse like improper cot (undersized/uneven surface / slats/ with reapers ),
folding, fabric stain, soiling, wetting, burns, ironing, use of chemicals, etc.
Personal comfort preferences.
Permanent depression of less than 1.5 inches. ( Any new mattress will have slight depression
/ softness after initial usage which is normal and does not affect comfort level )
A mattress that has already been repaired.
Replaced mattresses within one year will have a warranty of free replacement only for the
balance period of one year and not one full year.
If the warranty period is over for a particular mattress model, no further warranty claims will
be applicable. The warranty will be binding on the Company on satisfying the following
conditions:
The original copy of the invoice with the duly signed and stamped warranty card by the dealer should be submitted while lodging the complaint.
The decision of the Company shall be Final in all warranty claims.
