Purchased Royal Dlx Plus mattress directly via website. I was offered a discount on MRP which I did not negotiate further. The mattress arrived nicely packed, and was delivered at my door step with no fuss considering the apartment is on 5th floor (mattress is big, does not fold and can only be accommodated in a big service lift, which our apartment does not have). Excellent purchase experience! As far as the product is concerned we have only used it for a few days, it’s firm and recommended if you have backache issues. It will support your back straight rather than taking body shape typical of natural latex or spring mattress. Recommended if you are looking for a firm mattress.
